ORGANIZATION - ADMINISTRATION
Department of Organization – Administration was established under Decision No. 185/QD-TC-LTT dated April 8, 2005 of Ly Tu Trong College of Ho Chi Minh City, formerly the Department of Organization – Administration Main – Administration of Ly Tu Trong Vocational School.
The personnel of the Organization – Administration Department currently has 26 people, including the Head of the Department, 02 Deputy Heads and 23 employees.
Building and developing a team of staff, teachers, and employees is a cross-cutting task of the College in general and of the Organization – Administration Department in particular. In particular, for the new recruitment team, more attention is paid to training and retraining to improve professional and professional qualifications because this is a young, enthusiastic, dynamic and quick-adaptive team. In the Industrial Revolution 4.0 environment, staffs, teachers and employees must have new capabilities, creativity and new qualities on the basis of standardization, through training, self-training and retraining activities. professional knowledge and skills

Master Lam Viet Dung – Head of Department
Advising and taking responsibility to the Rector on the organization of personnel and general administration; management of equipment and materials; Internal inspection – law and order and security in the College.
Acting as a focal point, linking and coordinating activities of units in the university to implement programs and work plans.
General management of activities of the Department of Organization – Administration.
Ms. Huynh Thi Minh Ly – Deputy Head of Department
Advising the Head of Department on the implementation of laws and regulatory documents in the areas of responsibility: Administrative work; archival records; grand reception.
Organize the implementation of general administrative work and administrative services. Arrange the work plan and monthly and weekly work schedule of the school, secretary for the Board of Directors.
Organize and preside over the school’s archival work according to current regulations.
Ms. Luu Hoang Hai Yen – Deputy Head of Department
Advising the Head of Department to implement laws and legal documents in the field of responsibility: Emulation and commendation work, disciplinary work, personnel organization, training and retraining.
Building and perfecting the organizational structure of the College according to the strategic plan for development of the college in each period.
Organize annual assessment of labor results, policies, obligations and benefits of staff, teachers, and employees of the whole school.
